Notice we don't say "EXAM WRITING" -- You've been there, done that ... In this seminar, we teach you how to effectively write underneath your rule statements, so that you are conveying legal knowldge within an analytical framework.
We first look at the differences between good writing (passing) and bad writing (failing), and then we provide you with writing formulae that help you sufficiently integrate fact and law together. This is not simply a theory workshop. You'll actually do some writing for us and we'll critque what you're doing until you get it just right. You'll leave this online interactive seminar knowing how to craft sentences and paragraphs of analysis, so that your legal knowledge is apparent by the way you are analyzing. On top of the writing you did in that seminar, you'll write responses to close to 100 mini-fact patterns, and get detailed feedback on all of that writing.
And, you'll be able to submit 6 full-blown essays for grading on any topic you choose. We provide you with the essays, as well as the suggested responses. In fact, you'll recieve our coveted Essay Bundles for each of the 6 subjects you choose, which contain 4 additional essays with issue commentaries and suggested responses for you to study and emulate. Plus, you'll get all 6 of your essay submissions thoroughly critiqued.
PERFORMANCE TEST WRITING & DATA MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

With our PT workshop, you'll be given techniques to help you effectively manage the data in the file and the library, and you'll be taught how to effectively utilize the case law and the statutes. You can study wherever you want. In your pajamas, if that’s your style. You can have any and all of your questions answered quickly, and without having to raise your hand. (Do the mass-produced bar review courses even allow you to raise your hand?) We are an e-mail away.
We provide you with what we call an Activity Schedule. When all activities are completed, you will be fully prepared to operate at your highest skill level when it comes time to take the bar exam.
And we provide you with proprietary analytical writing formulas, proprietary performance test techniques and proprietary MBE techniques. Additionally, we provide you with proprietary Interactive Outlines, Interactive Writing Workshops and Essay Bundles. Naturally, we provide you with suggested answers to all of our essays and performance tests.
Since Barperfect is an activity-oriented bar review, we invite all candidates to issue spot 70 essays and actually write 28 of those essays. Plus, we invite you write at least 4 performance tests. All of your submitted efforts are critiqued by our staff of former bar graders. You can e-mail them or fax them to us.
You will receive feedback that earmarks your strengths and weaknesses. Feedback that might ask you to rewrite something until you get it just right. No cursory, template-oriented feedback - we read each and every word of everything you write.
Throughout the entire bar review process and whenever you want, you can e-mail us your questions . . . about the law? . . . a particular essay or performance test? . . . an MBE question or answer? . . . one of your critiques? (An occasional phone call is not a problem, but if you feel you will be in need of more personal interaction, either in person or via telephone, the “Study Partner” program may be a better choice for you.)
